Controlled Company Exceptions. Until the Trigger Date, the Company shall avail itself of all available “controlled company” exceptions to the corporate governance listing standards of the NYSE. For the avoidance of doubt, GECC shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to waive any and all of the rights granted to it under this Section 8.2, by delivery of written notice to the Company in accordance with Section 10.5.
