Common use of Controlled Substance Clause in Contracts

Controlled Substance. All forms of narcotics, depressants, stimulants, 25 analgesics, hallucinogens, and cannabis, as classified in Schedules I-V under the 26 Federal Controlled Substances Act (21 USC § 811-812) as modified under ORS 27 475.035, whose sale, purchase, transfer, use, or possession is prohibited or restricted 28 by law.

Controlled Substance. All forms of narcotics, depressants, stimulants, 25 analgesics, hallucinogens, and cannabis, as classified in Schedules I-V under the 26 Federal Controlled Substances Act (21 USC § 811-812) as modified under ORS 27 475.035, whose sale, purchase, transfer, use, or possession is prohibited or restricted 28 by law.

Controlled Substance. 14 All forms of narcotics, depressants, stimulants, 25 analgesics, hallucinogens, and 15 cannabis, as classified in Schedules I-I V under the 26 Federal Controlled Substances Act (21 USC 16 § 811-811 812) as modified under ORS 27 475.035, whose sale, purchase, transfer, use, or 17 possession is prohibited or restricted 28 by law.

Controlled Substance. 17 All forms of narcotics, depressants, stimulants, 25 analgesics, hallucinogens, and 18 cannabis, as classified in Schedules I-I V under the 26 Federal Controlled Substances Act (21 USC 19 § 811-811 812) as modified under ORS 27 475.035, whose sale, purchase, transfer, use, or 20 possession is prohibited or restricted 28 by law.
