Controller and Assistant Controllers. If a Controller is elected, the Controller shall be the chief accounting officer of the Trust and shall be in charge of its books of account and accounting records and of its accounting procedures, and shall have such duties and powers as are commonly incident to the office of a controller, and such other duties and powers as may be prescribed from time to time by the Trustees. The Controller shall be responsible to and shall report to the Trustees, but in the ordinary conduct of the Trust's business, shall be under the supervision of the Treasurer. Any Assistant Controller shall have such duties and powers as shall be prescribed from time to time by the Trustees or the Controller, and shall be responsible to and shall report to the Controller. In the absence or disability of the Controller, the Assistant Controller or, if there shall be more than one, the Assistant Controllers in the order of their seniority or as otherwise designated by the Trustees, shall have the powers and duties of the Controller.
