A controller assembly shall consist of a complete mechanism for controlling the operation of a traffic control signal, including the controller unit and all necessary auxiliary equipment, mounted in a traffic signal control cabinet. b. All equipment required to provide the operation shown on the Drawings and specifications shall be provided.
