Common use of CONTROLLING AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

CONTROLLING AUTHORITY. Artist shall have the sole and exclusive control over the production, presentation and performance of the engagement hereunder including, but not limited to the details, means and methods of the performance of the performing artists hereunder, and Artist shall have the sole right to make changes to the performing personnel.
