Controlling Class Representative Contact with Servicer. No less often than on a monthly basis, each of the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer shall, without charge, make a knowledgeable Servicing Officer via telephone available to verbally answer questions from the Controlling Class Representative regarding the performance and servicing of the Mortgage Loans and/or REO Properties for which the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, is responsible. Any such telephone contact shall be conditioned on the Controlling Class Representative's delivery to the Master Servicer of an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit I-1 (or such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable).
