Controlling Holder Rights. Franklin American agrees and acknowledges that Sequoia Mortgage Funding Corporation, an Affiliate of the Depositor, in its capacity as the initial Controlling Holder pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, and for so long as it is the Controlling Holder, will exercise all of Assignee's rights as Purchaser under the following section of the Purchase Agreement: Purchase Agreement: Section or Subsection Matter
