Controlling Provisions; Survival of Covenants. To the extent any of the provisions of this Lease conflict with the provisions of this Article VII, the provisions of this Article VII shall be controlling. The obligations of Lessee under this Article VII shall survive the termination or expiration of the term of this Lease.
