Controversies Subject to Judicial Reference; Conduct of Reference. (i) Each Controversy shall be determined by a consensual general judicial reference (the “Reference”) pursuant to the provisions of California Code of Civil Procedures §§ 638 et. seq., as such statutes may be amended or modified from time to time.
