Convenants of the Buyer Parties. (a) Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Buyer Parties agree that unless otherwise required by law, they will not permit any person to have access to Restricted Data, as such term is defined in 42 U.S.C ss. 2014(y), until and unless the Federal Office of Personnel Management shall have made an investigation and report to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the "NRC") on the character, associations and loyalty of such person and the NRC shall have determined that permitting such person to have access to Restricted Data will not endanger the common defense and security.
