Conventional Milk Supply Agreement. If, pending Supplier obtaining Organic Producer Certification, Supplier has an agreement with ACM for the supply of Conventional Milk, ACM will agree, upon request from Supplier, to end any such agreement without penalty to Supplier upon it commencing to supply Organic Milk under this Agreement.
