Conversion Bonus. Within thirty (30) days following the earlier of March 31, 2007, or the completion of the conversion of FLAG’s operating system to that of the Company, which date shall be determined by the Company in its discretion, the Company shall pay to the Consultant a one-time success bonus of $150,000.
