Conversion by the Majority Holders. Holders of a majority ---------------------------------- of the outstanding shares of this Series at any time shall have the right to cause the conversion of all outstanding shares of this Series at the Conversion Rate then in effect by delivering written notice thereof, sent by first class mail, postage prepaid, to the Corporation.
