Common use of Conversion/Continuation Notice Clause in Contracts

Conversion/Continuation Notice. The applicable Borrower shall give the Global Administrative Agent irrevocable notice (a “Conversion/Continuation Notice”) of each conversion of a Floating Rate Loan into a Fixed Rate Loan or continuation of a Fixed Rate Loan not later than the time prior to the date of the requested conversion or continuation which is consistent with the requisite time and notice required in connection with Section 2.6(a), specifying: (1) the requested date (which shall be a Business Day) of such conversion or continuation; (2) the amount and Type of the Syndicated Global Loan, Swing Line Loan or Syndicated Canadian Loan to be converted or continued; and (3) the amounts of Fixed Rate Loan(s) into which such Syndicated Global Loan, Swing Line Loan or Syndicated Canadian Loan is to be converted or continued, the applicable permitted currency and the duration of the Interest Periods applicable thereto. If no such notice is given with respect to a Fixed Rate Loan (other than CDOR Loans) in a currency other than Dollars, the Interest Period applicable to the automatic continuation of such Loan shall be one month.
