Conversion of Additional Ratings after Initial Conversion. 4.1 Additional ratings which are in the scope of Annex 3 may be included on the FAA private pilot certificate after the initial conversion. The applicant needs to fulfil the relevant requirements for the rating. 4.2 All ratings, which are outside of the scope of Annex 3 will be issued according to the applicable rule.
