Common use of Conversion of Foreign Exchange Clause in Contracts

Conversion of Foreign Exchange. 17.1 All transactions effected by using the Card in currencies other than HKD or CNY will be converted into HKD at the prevailing rate of exchange as determined by CUP on the conversion date plus a foreign exchange conversion charge imposed by the Bank and a reimbursement charge representing the charge levied on the Bank by CUP (if applicable).
