Conversion of Incentive Units into Incentive Class A Units. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that, upon a termination of the Participant’s employment with the Partnership and its Subsidiaries, the Partnership may effect a conversion of the Participant’s Vested Units into Class A Units on the terms and conditions set forth in Section 3.04(e) of the Partnership Agreement.
