Common use of Conversion of MPL Sites Clause in Contracts

Conversion of MPL Sites. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all “Sites” with respect to which the “Tower Operator” under the Master Prepaid Lease exercises its “Purchase Option” under the Master Prepaid Lease shall automatically become subject to and Sites under and governed by this Agreement as of the applicable “Purchase Option Closing Date” specified in the Master Prepaid Lease. The Parties shall enter into appropriate documentation to evidence the same.
