CONVERSION OF UNITED STATES DOLLARS TO LOCAL CURRENCY (NOVEMBER 1985. (This provision applies when activities are undertaken outside the United States.) Upon arrival in the cooperating country, and from time to time as appropriate, the recipient's chief of party must consult with the Mission Director who must provide, in writing, the procedure the recipient and its employees must follow in the conversion of United States dollars to local currency. This may include, but is not limited to, the conversion of currency through the cognizant United States Disbursing Officer or Mission Controller, as appropriate. [END OF PROVISION]
