Common use of Conversion or Renewal Clause in Contracts

Conversion or Renewal. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.08 hereof, the Parent may convert any part of the Revolving Credit Loans denominated in any Designated Currency from any interest rate Option or Options to one or more different interest rate Options available for such Designated Currency and may renew the Euro-Rate Option or CDOR Option as to any Funding Segment of the Euro-Rate Portion or CDOR Portion, as applicable:
