Conversion Programming. To facilitate the conversion of the Directory Content to the Internet Format, YPS will develop one or more software conversion programs (“Conversion Utilities”) and/or modify the software programs utilized by the Directory Infrastructure Systems to permit the conversion of data from the format used by Publisher’s publishing systems to the Internet Format. This conversion of the Directory Content, including the Conversion Utilities, shall conform to the standards, and be completed within the time deadlines, specified in the Directory Conversion Schedule. Upon timely and satisfactory completion of the Conversion Utilities, YPS shall be entitled to xxxx Publisher for the one-time Initial Conversion Set-up Fee specified in the Project Compensation Schedule attached to this Agreement as Exhibit G.
