Common use of Conversion Request Clause in Contracts

Conversion Request. A notice given by the Borrower to the Agent of the ------------------ Borrower's election to convert or continue a Loan in accordance with (S)2.7. Copyright Mortgages. The several Copyright Mortgage and Security ------------------- Agreements, dated or to be dated on or prior to the Closing Date, made by the Borrower and the Guarantors, if any, in favor of the Agent and in form and substance satisfactory to the Banks and the Agent.
