Conversion to Continuing Contract a. Teachers who have been employed by the Board on temporary contracts shall be entitled to available continuing contracts commencing with the teacher with the greatest seniority who has the necessary qualifications for available positions and a formal written report indicating satisfactory performance.

Conversion to Continuing Contract. A teacher on a temporary contract shall be granted continuing contract status on the date following the completion of two (2) years full time equivalent service in the employment of the Board over a sixty (60) consecutive month period.
