Conversion to Loyalty Program Points. Licensee can convert points associated with Licensee’s own point-based reservations and exchange system into Loyalty Program Points through a Licensed Exchange Program at a conversion rate to be determined by Licensee. Licensee’s members’ elections to convert such points to Loyalty Program Points will be irrevocable and irreversible. All costs and expenses associated with such point conversion shall be the sole responsibility of Licensee.
