Conversions/Terminations. If CLEC is obtaining services from Qwest under an arrangement or agreement that includes the application of termination liability assessment (TLA) or minimum period charges, and if CLEC wishes to convert such services to a service under this Agreement, the conversion of such services will not be delayed due to the applicability of TLA or minimum period charges. The applicability of such charges is governed by the terms of the original agreement, Tariff or arrangement. Nothing herein shall be construed as expanding the rights otherwise granted by this Agreement or by law to elect to make such conversions.
9.1 In the event Qwest terminates the Provisioning of any service to CLEC for any reason, CLEC shall be responsible for providing any and all necessary notice to its End User Customers of the termination. In no case shall Qwest be responsible for providing such notice to CLEC's End User Customers. Qwest shall only be required to notify CLEC of Qwest's termination of the service on a timely basis consistent with FCC rules and notice requirements.

9.1 In the event Qwest terminates the Provisioning of any service provided under this Agreement to CLEC for any reason, CLEC shall be responsible for providing any and all necessary notice to its End User Customers of the termination. Qwest shall only be required to notify CLEC of Qwest’s termination of the service on a timely basis consistent with FCC rules and notice requirements but in no event less than the notice period set forth in Section 8.3.
9.2 In the event the Provisioning of Services provided under this Agreement are terminated, the Parties shall work cooperatively to develop a transition plan, and such plan shall provide for a transition period no less than ninety (90) days for CLEC to transition its Customers to other services or such longer period of time as required by law in order to lawfully migrate or disconnect Customers. Qwest agrees that it will not disconnect CLEC Customers in contravention of an agreed-to transition plan or applicable law or regulations.
