Common use of Conveyance and Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Conveyance and Security Interest. To secure Borrower’s Obligations, Borrower hereby transfers, assigns and transfers to Lender, and grants to Lender a security interest in, all of Borrower’s right, title and interest, but not its obligations, duties or liabilities for any breach, in, under and to any Swap Contract, any and all amounts received by Borrower in connection therewith or to which Borrower is entitled thereunder, and all proceeds of the foregoing.

To secure Borrower’s Borrowers’ Obligations, each Borrower hereby transfers, assigns and transfers to Lender, and grants to Lender a security interest in, all of such Borrower’s right, title and interest, but not its any of their obligations, duties or liabilities for any breach, in, under and to any the Swap Contract, any and all amounts received by such Borrower in connection therewith or to which such Borrower is entitled thereunder, and all proceeds of the foregoing.
