Common use of Conveyance by Lessor Clause in Contracts

Conveyance by Lessor. In the event Lessor or any successor Lessor shall convey or otherwise dispose of the Premises, it shall thereupon be released from all liabilities and obligations imposed upon the Lessor under this Lease (except those accruing prior to such conveyance or other disposition) and such liabilities and obligations shall be binding solely upon the then owner of the Premises.
