Common use of Conveyance by the Owner Trustee Clause in Contracts

Conveyance by the Owner Trustee. is Binding. Any sale or other conveyance of any part of the Trust Estate by the Owner Trustee made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement will bind the Beneficiary and will be effective to transfer or convey all beneficial interest of the Owner Trustee and Beneficiary in and to such part of the Trust Estate, as the case may be. No purchaser or other grantee will be required to inquire as to the authorization, necessity, expediency or regularity of such sale or conveyance or as to the application of any sale or other proceeds with respect thereto by the Owner Trustee or the officers.
