CONVEYANCE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICING COMPENSATION. As of the Closing Date and as of each Subsequent Transfer Date, as applicable, the Seller does hereby sell, transfer, assign, set over and otherwise convey to the Servicer, without recourse (subject to the obligations set forth herein) all right, title and interest of the Seller, whether now existing or hereafter arising, in, to and under all Additional Servicing Compensation.
