CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY TO CITY. The Developer shall convey to the City any easement, rights-of-way, or other property interest necessary to allow access to the City improvements to operate, maintain, or repair the City improvements. The Developer may condition the conveyance upon the City’s acceptance of the improvements.
