Conveyance of Product. Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall provide and convey the Product to Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and Buyer shall have the exclusive right to the Product. Seller shall, at its own cost, take all actions and execute all documents or instruments that are reasonable and necessary to effectuate the use of the Renewable Energy Credits, Resource Adequacy Benefits, if any, and Capacity Attributes, if any, for Buyer’s benefit throughout the Delivery Term.
