Common use of Conveyance of Real Property Clause in Contracts

Conveyance of Real Property. The Agency will convey the real property described to-wit: Xxx 00, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Addition to the City of Lexington, Xxxxxx County, Nebraska. Such conveyance is subject to the condition that the Developer shall commence construction on said real estate of a 6,800 square foot commercial building, associated access drive, off-street parking facilities, and landscaped areas as described in Exhibit A. Construction shall commence within 45 days of final approval of this Development Agreement. Developer shall complete construction within 12 months of the execution of this agreement.
