Common use of Conveyance of Regulatory Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Conveyance of Regulatory Authorizations. Subject to any necessary FCC or PUC approval, each Loan Party agrees to assign, transfer and convey the Regulatory Authorizations to the Administrative Agent (or its designee) upon the Administrative Agent's request following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, to the extent that any such assignment or transfer may be deemed necessary to allow the Administrative Agent to exercise its remedies hereunder or under the Loan Documents.
