Common use of Conveyance of Subsequent CNHCA Receivables Clause in Contracts

Conveyance of Subsequent CNHCA Receivables. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 4.1(b), in consideration of CNHCR’s delivery on the related Subsequent Transfer Date to or upon the order of CNHCA of the related Subsequent Purchase Price pursuant to Section 2.5, CNHCA does hereby sell, transfer, assign, set over and otherwise convey to CNHCR, without recourse (subject to the obligations herein), all of its right, title, interest in, to and under (collectively, the “Subsequent CNHCA Assets”; and together with the Initial CNHCA Assets, the “Assets”):
