The Depositor, at its own expense, shall file or cause to be filed protective Form UCC-1 financing statements with respect to the Loans in the State of Illinois or other applicable jurisdiction, listing itself as "Debtor" under such financing statement and listing the Trustee, for the benefit of the Certificateholders, as "Secured Party" under such financing statement.
