Conveyance to Tenant. On the Substitution Date, Landlord shall convey the Leased Property to Tenant in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 (except as to payment of any expenses in connection therewith which shall be governed by Section 16.6) upon either (a) payment in cash therefor or (b) conveyance to Landlord of the Substitute Property, as appropriate.
