Common use of Conveyance to the City Clause in Contracts

Conveyance to the City. A. Prior to Initial Acceptance of Public Improvements, and unless such conveyance has not been previously made to the City, the Developer, by good and sufficient documents of conveyance, shall dedicate, convey, and grant to the City in perpetuity all required easements, rights-of-way, and fee title to real property, without expense to the City, and free and clear of all encumbrances as may be reasonably required to construct, place and maintain such Improvements, as determined by the City. Said instruments of conveyance shall be in a form acceptable to the City Attorney and shall be furnished to the City.
