Common use of Conveyances Clause in Contracts

Conveyances. To the extent (if any) shown by the Development Plan, the Developer shall convey to the Town any and all easements thereon and, upon completion and acceptance by the Town Engineer, shall enter into any other conveyances necessary to dedicate and/or convey to the Town any public improvements to be constructed pursuant to this Agreement and the Development Plan and which are to be dedicated and conveyed to the Town as per this Agreement and as reflected in the Development Plan, if any.
