Convictions, Pending Charges, or Removal from Housing. On-campus housing may be denied to students with a criminal and/or behavioral history, including prior receipt of disciplinary sanctions at another institution which resulted in expulsion, suspension, or removal from university housing. Students must share this information on the housing application (or via email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx if after submitting the housing application), and submit the following information in writing to the Associate Director of Housing Services, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx 0000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000:  Detailed statement of explanation; and,  Include first/last name, NetID, and contact information in the correspondence. Once the statement of explanation is reviewed, applicants will be contacted regarding eligibility.
