Common use of Cooperate in Legal Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall, and shall cause Mortgage Borrower to, cooperate in all reasonable respects with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, Borrower shall, and shall cause Mortgage Borrower to, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall, shall and shall cause Mortgage Borrower to, to cooperate in all reasonable respects fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or board, other Governmental Authority or any Health Care Authority which may in any way adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the Note, the Pledge Agreement or the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, Borrower shall, and shall cause Mortgage Borrower to, permit Lender, at its electionelection but subject to Legal Requirements, to participate in any such proceedings.

Borrower shall, and shall cause Mortgage Borrower and Operating Company to, cooperate in all reasonable respects fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, Borrower shall, and shall cause Mortgage Borrower to, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Borrower shall, and or shall cause Mortgage Borrower to, Xxxxxx Cushion Entity and Xxxxxx Borrowers to cooperate in all reasonable respects reasonably with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, Borrower shall, and shall cause Mortgage Borrower to, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.
