Cooperation; Additional Services. (a) In addition to the actions specifically provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, each of Genworth and the Company will cooperate with each other and use (and will cause their respective subsidiaries and Affiliates to use) reasonable best efforts, prior to, on and after the Effective Date, to take, or to cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or to cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary on its part under applicable Law or contractual obligations to consummate and make effective the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
