Common use of Cooperation as to Rates and Fees Clause in Contracts

Cooperation as to Rates and Fees. (a) Each party shall diligently pursue any current rate proceedings with respect to its Systems and shall make available to the other party upon request copies of any documents, correspondence or notices sent by or received by such party in connection with the current rate proceedings or any rate regulatory matter with respect to its Systems instituted after the date of this Agreement.
