Cooperation, Assistance and Compliance with Special Projects. 1.7.1 The Contractor shall provide to ASES and any other agency of the Government all necessary cooperation, assistance, and compliance with requirements in the development and implementation of any special project of ASES and any other agency of the Government or the Federal Government. The Contractor acknowledges that this is a sine qua non of this Contract and that it will comply with ASES change requests related to such projects as these are implemented due to State or Federal mandate.
