Cooperation Between City and Developer. Consistent with the terms set forth herein, City agrees to cooperate with Developer, on a timely basis, in securing all permits or licenses that may be required by City or any other government entity with permitting or licensing jurisdiction over the Project.
Cooperation Between City and Developer. City and Developer shall execute and deliver to the other all such other and further instruments and documents as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes of this Agreement.
