Common use of Cooperation by Borrower Clause in Contracts

Cooperation by Borrower. At any time, and from time to time after the date hereof, Borrower shall, upon the request of Lender, and at the expense of Borrower, do, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be done, executed, acknowledged and delivered, all such further acts, deeds, assignments, transfers, conveyances, or assurances as may be reasonably required for the better confirming to Lender its rights under the Loan Documents.
