Common use of COOPERATION BY CITY Clause in Contracts

COOPERATION BY CITY. All public information, data, reports, records, and maps as are existing and available to CITY as public records, and which are necessary for carrying out the work as outlined in the EXHIBIT "A" "SCOPE OF SERVICES", shall be furnished to CONSULTANT in every reasonable way to facilitate, without undue delay, the work to be performed under this AGREEMENT.

COOPERATION BY CITY. All public information, data, reports, records, and maps as are existing and available to CITY City as public records, and which are necessary for carrying out the work as outlined in the EXHIBIT "A" "SCOPE OF SERVICES"Scope of Services, shall be furnished to CONSULTANT Consultant in every reasonable way to facilitate, without undue delay, the work to be performed under this AGREEMENTAgreement.
