Cooperation by FTD. FTD shall cooperate with United Online, and shall take any and all actions reasonably requested by United Online, in connection with (i) United Online' submission of any IRS Ruling Documents prepared after the date specified in the preamble to this Agreement and (ii) United Online's request for the Tax Opinion (including, without limitation, by making any representation or covenant or providing any materials or information requested by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Xxxxxxx & Xxxx LLP).
