Cooperation by Gold Banc and Acquisition Subsidiary. Gold Banc and Acquisition Subsidiary shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to take all actions and to do all things necessary or advisable to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and to cooperate with the Company in connection therewith.
