Cooperation by Recipient. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Recipient shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make available, as reasonably requested by Provider, sufficient resources and timely decisions, approvals and acceptances in order that Provider may accomplish its obligations under this Agreement in a timely and efficient manner.
Cooperation by Recipient. Recipient shall reasonably cooperate with Provider in all matters relating to the provision and receipt of the Services. Recipient shall use reasonable efforts to make available, as reasonably requested by Provider, sufficient resources and timely decisions, approvals and acceptances in order that Provider may perform the Services in a timely and efficient manner.
