Cooperation for Financing. The Company agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, it shall provide reasonable cooperation to the Purchaser to facilitate the Purchaser's efforts to obtain the financing contemplated by the Commitment Letters (including assisting the Purchaser in obtaining required consents) and provide all information reasonably requested by the Purchaser in connection with the Purchaser's efforts to satisfy the Offer Financing Condition.
